Home Health Aid; HHA​/PCA Austin, TX

We are looking for the best Home Health Aids in the Austin, TX, Manchaca and surrounding cities areas, to work at North Austin, South Austin, West Austin, Manor, Kyle & Buda, at a healthy and happy environment, with a competitive pay and looking to start as soon as possible!

Schedule:

Part time (Flexible schedules)

Base pay: $15 - $18.00 an hour

Special requirement:
Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive client’s home

Home Health Aid MUST HAVE A STRONG WORK ETHICS AND A CAN-DO ATTITUDE!

• Provide companionship to client.
• Provide preparation of meals.
• Light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Provide transportation. (Valid DL required)
• Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.
• Provide an environment which promotes respect for patient, privacy and property.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Report unsafe conditions, problems and observations to supervisor.
• Demonstrate commitment, professional growth and competency through attending required in-services.
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.
