About the role

The Non-research Contracts Administrator role supports the administration and management of non-research related contracts for Radiology and Molecular Imaging and Therapy (MIT), ensuring compliance with organisational processes and procedures and delegations of authority.

A regular day will see you:

  • Working closely with the Business Manager overseeing the administration and maintenance of non-research related contracts, track the status of each contract and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Liaise effectively with departmental managers, external vendors, and internal teams (procurement, finance, legal) to manage contract-related activities.
  • Maintainaccuratedatabases and prepare regular reports on contract status, compliance, and financial transactions.

  • Strong attention to detail, prioritisation, and time management while working independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skillsto be able to build positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors;fostering collaboration.
