Run meal counts and diet list to determine patient location and diet order;
Review diet list and note patients with allergies, cultural and/or religious dietary limitations/requirements;
Enter non-select orders into the Dietary Menu Data system;
Assist customer with selections that are available to them based on their nutritional restrictions;
Document all meals and nourishments served to each patient for all meals.
