This is a full-time Certified Surgical Technologist position based on-site in New Delhi. The role involves preparing operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring availability and sterilization of surgical instruments, assisting during surgeries, and maintaining a safe, sterile environment. The Certified Surgical Technologist will collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure optimal patient care during operations.

• Proficiency in Surgical Technology, including sterilization, instrument setup, and equipment handling
• Expertise in Operating Room procedures and protocols
• Experience or training in Surgical Assisting, providing support during surgical interventions
• Knowledge of Surgery and general Medical principles, ensuring adherence to safety standards
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist and familiarity with current regulatory and compliance standards
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work as part of a multidisciplinary medical team
• Prior experience in a hospital or surgical clinic is a plus
