• 2–3 years of experience working with clients in the health & life sciences industry on health transactional matters.
• Will also consider candidates with experience in transactional matters who are interested in specializing in transactions in the health & life sciences industry and developing an expertise in Texas healthcare law.
• Excellent writing, speaking, researching, and analytical skills, along with a strong academic background.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to be admitted to the Texas Bar.
