We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our dedicated team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality therapeutic services to individuals participating in our mental health track. The ideal candidate will provide individual and group therapy, develop tailored treatment plans, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support clients in achieving their recovery goals.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, addressing mental health challenges and co-occurring disorders.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions that promote skill-building, emotional resilience, and recovery-focused strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting measurable goals in collaboration with clients and the treatment team.
• Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and case management staff to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Engage families in the therapeutic process as appropriate to enhance client support systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing training to ensure quality of care and professional growth.
• Stay informed about the latest evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.

• Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and valid licensure as a therapist (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health or co-occurring disorder treatment.
• Proficiency in therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client populations.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Experience in a residential or outpatient mental health setting.
• Certification in trauma-focused therapy or other specialized treatment areas.
• Knowledge of family systems therapy and holistic therapeutic approaches.
