Job Requirements for all candidates:

• Attends to work on a regular basis
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Graduation from a standard senior high School or equivalent
• Must be able to pass CPR and TIPS (Trauma Intervention Protection Strategies)
• Prefer experience in direct client care.
• Basic computer skills

Duties of Direct Care PNA

• Provide direct care of clients (emergency, health and personal care).
• Provide therapeutic interactions with clients.
• Monitor during meals and activities.
• Monitor clients psychiatric symptoms or health state and document in records as needed.
• Document Clients behaviors and interactions.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager and/or Resident Specialist V.

Other:

• COVID-19 testing with negative result required (facility provides)
• Must be able to successfully pass a urine drug screen and background check (Relode provides)
• Must be able to successfully pass an FBI fingerprint background check (facility provides)

Shifts:

• 6:45am-3:15pm
• 2:45pm-11:15pm
