From verifying insurance coverage and securing prior authorizations to coordinating physician referrals and optimizing schedules, you will play a central part in helping patients access the care they need—quickly and confidently. - Reimbursement for endurance race entry fees
- Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
- Follow appropriate processes for insurance verification and benefits management
- Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization
- Handle over-the-counter collections and reconcile all charges weekly and monthly
- Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments
- At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained required).
- 1‑2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred).
- Full Time, Monday‑Friday (schedule varies)
- Pay Range: $18‑$20/hr
- (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensation factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
