From verifying insurance coverage and securing prior authorizations to coordinating physician referrals and optimizing schedules, you will play a central part in helping patients access the care they need—quickly and confidently. • Reimbursement for endurance race entry fees

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
• Follow appropriate processes for insurance verification and benefits management
• Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization
• Handle over-the-counter collections and reconcile all charges weekly and monthly
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments

• At minimum, a High School or GED diploma (submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained required).
• 1‑2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred).

• Full Time, Monday‑Friday (schedule varies)

• Pay Range: $18‑$20/hr
• (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensation factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
