Licensed Clinical Therapist; Part-Time

Just Mind is seeking a Licensed Therapist (Part-Time) to join our group counseling practice at our North or South office locations. Preference is given to applicants who are fully licensed, and/or to those who have experience in any of the following areas: couples therapy, child/adolescent therapy, neurodivergence (ADHD & Autism), or trauma/EMDR.

This is a W2 employee position with a commission structure, and pay is based on a percentage of billed services. All marketing, scheduling, 3rd party billing, and overhead costs are taken care of with opportunities for peer consultation, continuing education, in-house EMDR consultation, paid EMDR training in exchange for service, and a 401(k) plan with matching. Hours/schedule are negotiable, but candidates must be willing to see at least 10+ clients/week and include some weekend hours.

Employees may have the option to create a ‘hybrid’ work schedule; however, current demand for in-person client work is highest.
