What You'll Do:

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will provide PTA based services to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Assess and evaluate patients and develop plans of care (POC).
Provide treatments as required in accordance with established POC's.
Provide thorough and prompt documentation of progress during episodes.
Adhere to Brightstar Care standards for patient care, safety, and communications.
Be willing to travel within an established radius.
Assure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy institution.
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Texas.
• At least one year of experience in a home health, adult and pediatrics experience preferred.
• EMR/EHR (Kan Time) experience preferred but not required, will train.
• Valid Drivers License and Car Insurance.
