• Provide one‑on‑one Music Therapy services to children and youth with congenital disorders, intellectual disabilities, and physical disabilities.
• Create tailored goals to meet the needs of individual clients.
• Document each session, including weekly invoicing, progress notes, and related paperwork.
• Communicate with other team members and service providers.
• Travel to current or prospective clients’ homes as needed.
• Maintain clear verbal and written communication with health care professionals, clients, families, and the general public.
• Use a private personal laptop or desktop computer in compliance with HIPAA requirements.
• Track SMART goals and progress through weekly documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader.
• Implement patient care plans through home and community goal‑related activities.
• Work independently and manage one’s own time as well as the time of clients.
• Be fluent in English and Spanish.

• MT‑BC certification
