Licensed Esthetician

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for an energetic, reliable, and results-driven Licensed Esthetician to join our team! We’re looking for someone experienced or someone highly driven and ready to grow. Full-time and part-time positions available, with strong preference for evenings and weekends. A proven sales record is required.

• An esthetician who can consistently deliver $200+ average service tickets
• Part-time goal: $750/month in retail sales
• Full-time goal: $1,500/month in retail sales
• Commitment to our 12-week esthetics training program
  , including paid training, hands-on learning, Will need flexible scheduling during this time to schedule classes and work on certifications
• Skilled, knowledgeable, and ideally experienced
• Warm, professional customer service
• Confident performing customized facials, peels, microdermabrasion, lash/brow tinting, and waxing
• Ability to confidently recommend products, upgrades, and services
• Must carry liability insurance
• Must meet all state and local licensing laws
• A genuine desire to help clients feel and look their best
