Esthetician - Austin, TX

Position Summary

We are looking for an Esthetician to join our team in one of our Austin, TX locations. We are seeking a positive, energetic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for wellness and helping people look and feel their best. As an Esthetician at Restore you will provide clients with skin care consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, skillfully perform facials and body treatments, and introduce clients to our innovative wellness modalities.

Pay: $20–$22 per hour + commission + monthly performance-based bonus potential. Status:
Full‑ and Part‑Time roles available. Studio:
Mueller/Arbor Trails.

• Provide exceptional client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and skillfully perform treatments tailored to each client’s needs and objectives.
• Generate, build, and maintain client base.
• Educate clients on all treatment processes, including pre and post treatment care instructions.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of each client’s session.
• Suggest and promote retail products and cross‑sell other Restore therapies to enhance esthetic services in accordance with client needs/goals.
• Assist with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, conducting tours, promoting membership packages, using the POS system to check out customers, and operating wellness equipment.
• Ensure a safe and clean studio environment for members and guests.
• Demonstrate a commitment to the vision, mission and goals of Restore, modeling the values and culture.

• Active Esthetician license.
• Certified in Cryoskin equipment preferred, but not required.
• Certified in the use of Hydrafacial equipment preferred, but not required.
• Passionate about providing excellent patient care.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently.
