On site | Financial Analyst III (Texas) — Up to $60/hr

We are sharing a specialised opportunity for experienced Finance Operations professionals to join the Global Revenue Operations team of a leading technology company. This role focuses on accounts receivable operations, claims processing, and revenue operations support within a large-scale enterprise finance environment.

• Support and manage end-to-end accounts receivable and revenue operations processes
• Handle credit management, collections, dispute claims, and deduction processing
• Perform month-end reconciliation for AR and claims accounts
• Monitor and report on key AR/VR performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Channel Marketing, and Engineering
• Support operational improvements and automation initiatives in claims processing
• Monitor dashboards, SLA metrics, and quality assurance results
• Participate in process improvement initiatives within revenue operations workflows

Strong candidates may have:

• 5+ years of experience in financial operations or revenue operations roles
• Hands‑on experience with accounts receivable, collections, dispute management, or deduction processing
• Strong understanding of accounting workflows and operational finance processes
• Experience managing customer collections and operational finance tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across internal teams
• Experience working with corporate clients or enterprise customers
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Experience working with multinational retail or hardware companies
• Experience improving operational workflows or driving process efficiency initiatives
• Familiarity with evolving system environments and enterprise platforms
• Experience with financial data analysis
