Today, DBeaver is the leading provider of cross‑platform enterprise data and database software and we're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with FP&A experience to join our company. Reporting directly to the CEO as an individual contributor, you will work cross‑functionally to help track our financial planning, and develop current and future operational and financial drivers. We are seeking a team member who is analytically strong with a sharp attention to detail across multiple work streams, and who has a passion for numbers.

• Track, forecast, budget, and re‑forecast to drive business performance
• Manage and update financial reports and budgets, collecting needed data and turning it into actionable insights
• Help maintain and improve financial models to inform budgeting, strategic planning, evaluate new initiatives, etc.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to refine, monitor, and analyze KPIs and metrics that drive business and financial performance
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and business review materials for executive leadership, the Board, and other audiences as needed
• Effectively manage numerous projects at a given time in a fast‑paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in relevant FP&A, corporate strategy, or finance roles within software companies or early‑stage software startups
• Experience preparing and tracking a variety of financial reports and metrics
• Strong experience in financial analysis and forecasting
• Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• High standards of quality and accuracy
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with ambiguous or limited data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to diverse audiences
