Financial Analyst III

• Engagement: Hourly contract (independent contractor)
• Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations professional with expertise in dispute claims processing, deduction management, credit, and collections to join the Global Revenue Operations team of one of our clients on a temporary basis (1–1.5 years).

This role is critical in delivering day-to-day collections and accounts receivable support for a global AR/VR product division.

• Support and manage end-to-end AR/VR Revenue Operations processes (credit, collections, claims management, etc.) with minimal supervision
• Perform AR and claims month-end reconciliation
• Measure and report on key AR/VR metrics
• Ensure adherence to relevant policies and operational procedures
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Channel Marketing, Sales Operations, Engineering, and other teams to resolve claims and unblock workflows
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives in claims processing and deduction management
• Monitor dashboards, SLA metrics, and Quality Assurance results
• Support DTP process improvement initiatives

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Financial Operations (accounts receivable, collections, dispute management, claims processing/deduction)
• Strong understanding of accounting and operational processes
• Ability to take ownership of collections and claims workflows while driving operational efficiencies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience building relationships with corporate customers
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Experience with in a multinational retail and/or hardware company
• Experience driving operational innovation and process efficiencies
• Experience working in evolving system platform environments
• Experience with data analysis

This is a structured, full-time role with W-2 employment, payroll, benefits, and compliance administered through the hiring entity.

This is not a freelance or project-based engagement. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams and integration into enterprise workflows.
