Reports To: Vice President of Accounting
The Director of FP&A will lead financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analytics for a rapidly scaling, capital-intensive data center platform. This role sits at the center of strategic decision-making and will serve as a key financial partner to development, operations, and executive leadership.

You will shape the financial narrative of a next-generation infrastructure platform while building the analytical backbone to support long‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the annual budgeting process across multiple entities and projects
- Develop rolling forecasts and long‑range financial plans
- Build detailed project‑level financial models for new developments
- Support capital allocation decisions with rigorous financial analysis
- Build and maintain sophisticated project finance models
- Support debt and equity raise processes with detailed analytics
- Model construction cash flows, capital deployment schedules, and return metrics
- Perform sensitivity analysis and scenario modeling to inform strategic decisions
- Partner closely with development, operations, and executive teams
- Deliver actionable financial insights that drive growth and profitability
- Evaluate customer contracts, pricing structures, and commercial terms
- Monitor live project performance against pro forma assumptions
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance tracking tools
- Prepare executive‑level reporting packages for senior leadership and investors
- Analyze margins, utilization rates, operating leverage, and return metrics
- Present clear, data‑driven insights to guide decision‑making
- Build scalable FP&A reporting infrastructure to support rapid growth
- Integrate forecasting processes with Net Suite and reporting tools
- Establish modeling standards and strengthen data discipline across the organization
- 8–12+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Background in infrastructure, energy, data centers, technology, or other capital‑intensive industries
- Advanced financial modeling expertise (Excel mastery required)
- Project finance modeling experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting private equity or institutional investors preferred
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA a plus)
