Finance and Administration Lead

A company is looking for a Lead, Finance & Administration.

Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll coordination, and month-end/year-end close Serve as the primary finance operator within RPA's infrastructure, ensuring compliance and alignment with processes Partner with the Development team for revenue forecasting and ensure timely funder reporting

Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations Experience managing finance and administrative operations in a mission-driven organization Comfort operating within externally-defined finance infrastructure Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently Demonstrated commitment to equity in system design and application
