Overview

Austin Branch – Bank Deposit and Loan new customer marketing; supervise operations personnel and evaluate employees performance; review reports for risk control (NSF, O/D, Kiting suspect, G/L, Balance Fluctuation, Large Deposit); supervise daily teller transactions; confirm the accuracy and completeness of the CAP at account opening; confirm the accuracy and completeness of currency exchange of Korean Won at the end of the day;

confirm the accuracy and completeness of non-customer wire transfer records at the end of the day; confirm the accuracy and completeness of non-customer Money Order sales records at the end of the day; oversee branch maintenance and handle customer complaints and inquiries; responsible for new employee training at the branch; prepare Monthly Branch Certification;
Banking experience of at least 6 years is required.

• Confirm the accuracy and completeness of the CAP at the time of the account opening process
• Confirm the accuracy and completeness of currency exchange of Korean Won at the end of the day
• Confirm the accuracy and completeness of non-customer wire transfer records at the end of the day
• Confirm the accuracy and completeness of non-customer Money Order sales records at the end of the day
• Oversees branch maintenance & handles customer complaints and inquiries
• Responsible for new employee training at the branch
• Prepares Monthly Branch Certification
