Ciudad de México Gestionar las actividades relacionadas con las cuentas por pagar, asegurando que las facturas y pagos se procesen de manera eficiente y precisa. Este puesto es crucial para mantener la precisión financiera y el flujo de caja adecuado de la organización.ACTIVIDADES Y RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:  
• Recepción y revisión de facturas.  
• Seguimiento de autorizaciones.  
• Realizar la programación de pagos.  
• Elaborar reportes semanales de pagos y gastos, aplicar procesos de seguimiento a conciliaciones bancarias y procesos de cierre de mes.  
• Alta de Proveedores   
• Cuentas por pagar en Latinoamérica y generación de constancias de retención.  
• Constante comunicación con Proveedores y Usuarios Internos.  
• Conciliaciones.

EDUCACIÓN Y

EXPERIENCIA:

• 2 años de experiencia en cuentas por pagar y contabilidad.  
• Experiencia en registros contables, control presupuestal, provision es y amortizaciones.
