The CFO will own financial strategy, build operational rigor, strengthen reporting and controls, and serve as a key partner to the CEO and private equity sponsors. This is a high‑impact role ideal for a leader who thrives in fast‑growth environments and enjoys building scalable financial infrastructure.

What

You’ll Do
  • Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
  • Partner directly with private equity investors on reporting, board materials, capital planning, and value‑creation initiatives.
  • Build and optimize financial systems, processes, and controls to support rapid multi‑site expansion.
  • Oversee all accounting, tax, compliance, audit, and cash‑flow management.
  • Provide clear, data‑driven insights to executive leadership and operational teams.
  • Standardize reporting across locations and drive accountability around KPIs and performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Build and mentor a high‑performing finance and accounting team.
  • Support growth initiatives, including de novos, acquisitions, and integration efforts.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • CPA strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting leadership experience.
  • Experience in multi‑site, services, or operations‑heavy environments required.
  • Prior experience in a private‑equity‑backed or high‑growth setting strongly preferred.
  • Public accounting experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Net Suite and Quick Books.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
  • Strategic thinker comfortable operating at both executive and hands‑on levels.
Who Thrives Here
  • Leaders who enjoy building structure and scaling processes.
  • Professionals with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Executives who can partner effectively with investors, operators, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Individuals who succeed in fast‑paced, evolving, growth‑oriented environments.
