Chief Financial Officer
PE‑Backed, High‑Growth Multi‑Site Services Company About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial function of a rapidly expanding, private‑equity‑backed multi‑site services organization. The CFO will own financial strategy, build operational rigor, strengthen reporting and controls, and serve as a key partner to the CEO and private equity sponsors. This is a high‑impact role ideal for a leader who thrives in fast‑growth environments and enjoys building scalable financial infrastructure.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
- Partner directly with private equity investors on reporting, board materials, capital planning, and value‑creation initiatives.
- Build and optimize financial systems, processes, and controls to support rapid multi‑site expansion.
- Oversee all accounting, tax, compliance, audit, and cash‑flow management.
- Provide clear, data‑driven insights to executive leadership and operational teams.
- Standardize reporting across locations and drive accountability around KPIs and performance.
- Manage vendor relationships and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Build and mentor a high‑performing finance and accounting team.
- Support growth initiatives, including de novos, acquisitions, and integration efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Accounting or Finance preferred. - CPA strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting leadership experience.
- Experience in multi‑site, services, or operations‑heavy environments required.
- Prior experience in a private‑equity‑backed or high‑growth setting strongly preferred.
- Public accounting experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Net Suite and Quick Books.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
- Strategic thinker comfortable operating at both executive and hands‑on levels.
- Leaders who enjoy building structure and scaling processes.
- Professionals with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Executives who can partner effectively with investors, operators, and cross‑functional teams.
