I'm working closely with an AmLaw 50 firm seeking a Structured Finance Associate (3+ YOE) for its Austin office
. Open to Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior Attorneys.
- The role focuses primarily on CMBS and structured finance matters
, with exposure to securitizations, CLOs, and other complex financing transactions. - Prior CMBS experience is helpful but not required
.
- Candidates must have an active Texas Bar membership
