Financial Analyst
At Strata Trust Company, our operations associates are at the core of delivering an exceptional client experience. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner and problem‑solver, ensuring each client interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and care. You’ll work closely with internal teams to process critical account transactions and support clients throughout every stage of the account life cycle.
This position is hands‑on and dynamic—you’ll be communicating with clients and business partners daily by phone and email, processing account‑related transactions, and helping nurture long‑term relationships. At the same time, you’ll have the full support of a knowledgeable financial services team, along with training, tools, and mentorship to help you grow in your role.

Whatwill you do?
As an operations associate at Strata, you’ll play an essential role in shaping the client’s experience and supporting our growing business. In this role, you will:
- Gain exposure to all areas of Strata’s business including marketing, sales, client service, operations, and finance, while learning our business model, core values, and value proposition.
- Develop expertise in the different types of IRAs and IRS regulations for self‑directed IRAs, including Traditional, Roth, SEP and SIMPLE IRAs.
- Build knowledge of the asset classes that investors use to direct their retirement funds, such as private placements, real estate, debt, crowdfunding, real estate syndications, digital assets, and more.
- Collaborate with your team in a supportive office environment designed for both independent focus and group collaboration.
- Communicate regularly with clients, colleagues, and partners, using strong verbal and written communication skills to resolve operational support inquiries.
- Partner with your manager in regular check‑ins to review progress, share feedback, and support your career development.
- Actively engage in value‑driven team that provides mentorship, growth opportunities, and a path to long‑term success.
Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
- Processing account transactions such as cash and asset distributions, expense payments, and transfers with accuracy and timeliness
- Handling a variety of client account‑related requests, ensuring all details are precise and compliant with regulations
- Researching and resolving account issues to deliver a seamless client experience
- Taking on additional responsibilities as you demonstrate capability and initiative
