Key Responsibilities:

• Seedandcuratediverse,messyreal-worldfinancialdatafor
  
  AImodeltraining.
• Evaluateandinterpretspreadsheets,partial models,andambiguousinputstoimprove
  
  AI comprehension.
• Guidethemodelinreconstructing,normalizing,andextendingfinanceartifactsunderminimalinitialstructure.
• Provideclearwrittenandverbalfeedbacktoenhancemodelaccuracyandperformance.
• Collaboratewithacross-functionalteamtoadapttrainingapproachesinadynamicprojectenvironment.
• Identifygapsin
  
  AIunderstandingandproposetargetedseedingstrategies.
• Maintainmeticulousdocumentationthroughoutallstagesofthedatacurationand
  
  AItrainingprocess.

Required Skillsand Qualifications :

• Strongbackgroundinprojectfinanceorrelatedfinancialdomains.
• Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,withmeticulousattentiontodetail.
• Experienceworkingwithcomplex,unstructuredormessyfinancialdatainspreadsheetsandreports.
• Familiarity with
  
  AImodeltrainingconceptsanddataannotation/curationbestpractices.
• Abilitytoworkindependentlyandcollaborativelyinafast-paced,remote environment.
• Creative problem-solvingskillsinnavigatingambiguousinformationandincompletedatasets.
• Comfortwithiterativedatastructuring,seeding projects,andflexiblerequirements.
