- Reviewandrigorouslyevaluateequityand/orcreditresearchworksamplesforanalyticalaccuracyanddepth.
- Assessfinancialmodels,valuation analyses,andinvestmenttheses,verifyingconformancewithinstitutionalqualitybenchmarks.
- Deliverclear,structured,and evidence-basedwrittenfeedbacktoelevateresearchoutputsandframeworks.
- Collaboratewithpanelmemberstodevelopstandardizedrubricsandrobustassessmentcriteriaforpublicmarketsresearch.
- Participateinperiodicsessionstoobjectivelyscoreanddifferentiateanalyst-levelworkproducts.
- Contributemarketandsectorinsightsacrossequities,credit,andmulti-asset classes.
- Identifylevelsofanalystproficiencyandprovideactionablefeedbacktosupporttalentdevelopment.
- Minimum5yearsofinstitutionalexperienceinhedgefunds,asset management,familyofficeinvestmentteams,ormulti-asset/creditresearchplatforms.
- Expertiseinfundamentalequityand/orcreditresearch,withaproventrackrecordinfinancialmodelingandvaluation(DCF,Comps,NAV,etc.).
- Deepknowledgeofportfolioconstructionandposition-levelriskassessment.
- Demonstratedabilitytoreview,critique,ormentorjuniorinvestmentprofessionals'work.
- Exceptionalwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,withameticulous,evidence-basedapproachtofeedback.
- Strongcommitmenttoprofessionalintegrity,confidentiality,and compliance.
- Experienceasa Senior Analyst ,Portfolio Manager,or Research
Leadwithininstitutionalinvestmentsettings. - Sector-specificexpertiseinareassuchastechnology,industrials,energy,financials,healthcare,orfixedincome(IG,HY,bankloans,structured credit).
- Advancedcredentialssuchas
CFA,ABV,CAIA,orFRM.
