This remote,part-timeopportunityisdesignedfordrivenprofessionalseagertoinfluencestandardsininvestmentresearchandportfolioevaluation.
- Reviewandrigorouslyevaluateequityand/orcreditresearchworksamplesforanalyticalintegrityanddepth.
- Assessfinancialmodels,valuation analyses,andinvestmenttheses,ensuringadherencetoinstitutionalstandards.
- Developandprovideclear,structured,and evidence-basedwrittenfeedbackonresearchoutputsandframeworks.
- Collaboratewiththepaneltodesignstandardizedrubricsandrobustassessmentcriteriaforpublicmarketsresearchquality.
- Participateinperiodicpanelsessionstoobjectivelyscoreanddifferentiateanalyst-levelworkproducts.
- Contributespecializedmarketandsectorexpertiseacrossequities,credit,andmulti-asset classes.
- Helpdistinguishlevelsofanalystproficiency,providinginsightsontalentqualityanddevelopmentneeds.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum5yearsofinstitutionalexperienceinhedgefunds,asset management,familyofficeinvestmentteams,ormulti-asset/creditresearchplatforms.
- Expertiseinfundamentalequityand/orcreditresearch,withatrackrecordoffinancialmodelingandvaluation(DCF,Comps,NAV,etc.).
- Deepexperiencewithportfolioconstructionandposition-levelriskassessment.
- Demonstratedabilitytoreview,critique,ormentorjuniorinvestmentprofessionalsandanalystwork.
- Exceptionalwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills,withameticulousapproachtoevidence-basedreasoningandfeedback.
- Strongcommitmenttoprofessionalintegrity,confidentiality,andcompliancestandards.
- Experienceasa Senior Analyst ,Portfolio Manager,or Research
Leadwithininstitutionalinvestmentsettings. - Sectorcoverageexpertiseintechnology,industrials,energy,financials,healthcare,orfixedincome(IG,HY,bankloans,structured credit).
- Advancedcredentialssuchas
CFA,ABV,CAIA,orFRM.
