Job Location:
Hybrid Remote – Austin, TX area
Base Pay: $50,000-$70,000

Roles- Client Service Associate
- Paraplanner
- Operations Associate
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring timely communication and exceptional service.
- Manage onboarding and account setup, including paperwork and rollovers.
- Schedule and prepare client meetings; maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Support clients with technology platforms and provide guidance on required documentation.
- Assist with compliance reporting and contribute to process improvements.
- Gather client data and input into planning software; generate reports and financial statements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, summarize action items, and attend reviews for follow-up.
- Model “what-if” scenarios for retirement, education, and insurance planning.
- Conduct basic investment and insurance product research for advisor recommendations.
- Perform data entry and run reports in CRM and other software platforms
- Identify, document, and implement process improvements in onboarding and servicing
- Troubleshoot system access issues and support platforms like A360, MS Teams
- Track KPIs such as response times, task completion rates
- Support compliance efforts including audit prep, regulatory logs, and documentation integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and work independently.
- Financial planning acumen and analytical skills for scenario modeling.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate degree required;
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred. - 2–5 years of operational experience; 1–2 years in a financial planning firm preferred.
- Willingness to obtain FPQP® designation and pursue continuing education.
