Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Manager

Description We are looking for a skilled Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical abilities to manage budgets, financial statements, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving fiscal strategy and maintaining transparency in financial processes.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.

- Monitor and manage budgets, providing insights to optimize financial performance.

- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure reliable financial reporting.

- Collaborate with leadership to create financial strategies that align with organizational goals.

- Oversee accounting processes and ensure timely completion of audits.

- Manage financial risks by identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements.

- Provide detailed financial reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

- Supervise and support the finance team to ensure efficient operations.

- Review and refine accounting policies to improve processes and accuracy. Requirements

- Proven experience in financial management or as a Controller.

- Strong expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools.

- High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.

- Ability to develop and execute effective fiscal strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;
