Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring a motivated Accounting Clerkfor a 4-month contract. This role is perfect for someone with a background in finance who wants to expand their experience in a fast-paced environment.
Contract length : 4 Months
Location :
Austin, TX
- Assist with data entry for accounts payable and receivable
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain ledgers
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Prepare and process expense reports and invoices
- Maintain filing systems for financial records and documents
- Assist with basic payroll and bank deposit tasks
- Previous accounting or finance experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Diploma or coursework in Accounting or Finance is an asset
