Job Description
We are looking for a high-energy CPA/EA with excellent experience and technical skills to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tax returns for forms 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 1041 etc.
- Research tax issues and recommend an appropriate course of action
- Work with the IRS in the resolution of tax matters
- Create new processes to improve efficiency
- Exhibits professionalism, including appearance, demeanor, and behavior. Strong work ethic
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in preparing complex tax returns is essential
- Desire to learn and keep up to date with ever-changing tax laws, rules and regulations
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
