Commercial Operations, Value-Added Partnership Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the organization’s financial plans and policies.
• Assess the financial impact of key business decisions, including operating expense planning, capital allocation and cost/pricing initiatives for both mid‑ and long‑range horizons.
• Monitor financial performance through variance analysis to forecasts.
• Establish fiscal controls, prepare financial reports and maintain strong relationships with product management and site finance teams.
• Perform a variety of financial planning & analysis activities.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support optimal corporate decisions and achieve operational and financial objectives.
• Increase organizational productivity by developing repeatable business processes with internal partners.
• Support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
• Collaborate on other projects and assignments as needed.

• Specialist in the finance function with wide‑range experience.
• Post‑graduate coursework or advanced degree may be desirable.
• Apply appropriate leadership and project management skills to lead projects and support junior colleagues.
• Demonstrate company‑oriented and strategic thinking with excellent cost understanding.
• Apply appropriate language skills; business language required (English).
• Possess strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills to executives and cross‑functional teams.
• Good understanding of financial planning, analysis, forecasting and reporting.

• Works independently on complex assignments, selects methods and evaluates results proactively.
• Influences cross‑functional high‑impact decisions and initiates process improvements.
• Leads interaction with internal and external customers and suppliers, presenting information and decision drafts to senior executives.
• Networks globally within own function and across functions, communicating persuasively to gain cooperation for projects.
