We are partnering exclusively with this client on the search for a Senior Accountant who wants to play a meaningful role in a fast‑moving investment platform.

LocationThis role is fully onsite in Austin, TX, and the firm is candidates ready to relocate.
Job DescriptionThis is a hands‑on position with consistent exposure to cross‑functional teams and real estate deal structures.
Responsibilities- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and maintain the general ledger.
- Prepare and review financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support treasury functions, monitoring cash activity across multiple accounts.
- Partner with asset managers and investment leaders to build budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Oversee payables and receivables, including tenant billing and investor contributions.
- Recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Quick Books or Yardi is helpful.
- Public accounting experience preferred.
- Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling a fast‑paced workload.
- Eligible for performance‑based bonuses, with full bonus potential unlocked after one year.
