Our client is an expanding private equity firm specializing in long‑horizon real estate investments and known for its collaborative culture and high‑performance environment. We are partnering exclusively with this client on the search for a Senior Accountant who wants to play a meaningful role in a fast‑moving investment platform.

This role is fully onsite in Austin, TX, and the firm is candidates ready to relocate.

This is a hands‑on position with consistent exposure to cross‑functional teams and real estate deal structures.

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities and maintain the general ledger.
• Prepare and review financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support treasury functions, monitoring cash activity across multiple accounts.
• Partner with asset managers and investment leaders to build budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Oversee payables and receivables, including tenant billing and investor contributions.
• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Quick Books or Yardi is helpful.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling a fast‑paced workload.
