• We are a 38‑year‑old professional services firm focused solely on federal/state income tax and estate/gift tax planning. We perform no attestation (audits, reviews, compilations, etc.). We are a tax‑only professional firm.
• We have a unique structure, which includes an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This structure was groundbreaking in professional accounting and has been adopted by the Firm for over 10 years.
• We focus primarily on income tax and estate planning matters for high‑net‑worth families, complex pass‑through entity taxation, and real estate.

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns (individuals, trusts, partnerships, corporations)
• Analyze financial data and support strategic tax planning
• Collaborate with team members and clients directly
• Gain exposure to a variety of industries and entity types
• CPA license or actively pursuing CPA
• 2+ years minimum of tax prep experience
• Strong Excel and tax software skills
• Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
• Downtown Austin location with Paid Parking
