Chief Financial Officer

UNITY has been engaged by an innovative public advanced materials manufacturer to identify a hands‑on Chief Financial Officer who will lead U.S. public company readiness, capital markets strategy, and controllership build‑out as the business scales from pilot production to full commercial manufacturing.

This is a pivotal leadership role for a proven finance executive with Nasdaq/SEC readiness experience, cross‑border public company exposure, and a track record of building scalable finance operations in complex manufacturing environments.

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership (CFO, VP Finance, Controller)
• Experience with U.S. exchange listings, SEC reporting, and SOX/ICFR implementation
• Deep manufacturing/industrial finance background (costing, inventory, supply chain)
• CPA preferred;
  Big 4 or public accounting foundation a plus
• IFRS and GAAP fluency with tax and transfer pricing exposure
• Proven success implementing ERP and analytics systems (Net Suite experience preferred)
