• Review complex individual, estate, and trust tax returns and provide income‑tax planning recommendations to high‑net‑worth individuals and families.
• Collaborate with specialists in international tax, state and local tax, and asset management to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of tax professionals, reviewing work and ensuring quality and client‑ready deliverables.

• High‑quality review of complex tax returns
• Extensive knowledge of hedge‑fund and private‑equity K‑1s
• Strong research and tax‑planning analysis skills
• Client‑relationship building and communication
• Continuous technical knowledge improvement
• Risk and opportunity identification to enhance services

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA license or licensed attorney required
• Minimum 8 years experience in professional services or tax organization
• In‑depth understanding of estate and wealth planning
• Experience with federal and state personal and trust income tax
• Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of automated tax processing systems

• Proven record in high‑net‑worth tax planning
• Experience in a professional services environment
