Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Financial Analyst in Austin Texas.
Responsibilities- Processes financial documents and transactions from designated Districts using the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS).
- Reviews accounting practices to ensure compliance with other Federal laws and regulations (e.g., Single Audit Act), generally accepted Government accounting practices, and relevant Office Management and Budget circulars.
- Identifies corrective actions for improper or illegal expenditures and accounting funds.
- Reviews and analyzes annual financial statements to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, program policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrates proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software and general knowledge of financial statements.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or Accounting, hands-on experience in processing and managing invoices, and a solid understanding of accounting practices
- Four-year undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- Superior attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with superior Excel skills (V-lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Clearance Level
Required:
Public Trust to Top Secret - Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.
- Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check.
This position is located in Austin, Texas
The salary for this position is $53,000 - $63,000
