Director of Recruiting - Financial Projects Group
Tatum is working with a client in the Healthcare Tech industry. Our client needs an interim controller with a public/private mix in their background and a CPA. The client is privately held and may go public. This interim role involves the following duties:
Responsibilities- Assess the accounting function, identify areas to improve/streamline, and determine what is needed to prepare the accounting department for an IPO.
- Report to the CFO and ensure policies and procedures are in place for month‑end functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- CPA required.
- Prior experience in public accounting;
Big 4 experience desired. - Experience with Net Suite a plus.
- Experience through an IPO desired.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with leadership.
