Managing Associate​/Financial Advisor

Capitol Wealth Strategies – Austin, TX; a locally rooted, advisor-focused firm and a member of the Guardian Network, is looking for an experienced Financial Advisor ready to take the next step into leadership. As a Managing Associate
, you’ll continue growing your own successful practice while mentoring and developing a team of Financial Representatives. This hybrid role combines the autonomy of building your personal book with the opportunity to coach and shape the next generation of advisors. At CWS, you’ll have the tools, culture, and leadership support to make an impact, both in your own practice and across our growing team.

• Grow your practice as a Financial Advisor while guiding others in building theirs
• Coach and mentor Financial Representatives through one-on-one development and joint work
• Lead training sessions on prospecting, financial strategies, product solutions, and systems
• Help recruit new advisors aligned with our firm’s culture and target markets
• Collaborate with leadership to shape strategy, identify market opportunities, and improve team performance

• Proven experience as a Financial Advisor (3+ years) with strong sales and client service skills
• A desire to lead, mentor, and grow others while continuing to grow personally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others
• Ability to tailor coaching to each individual’s strengths, challenges, and learning style
• Self-starter with strong organizational habits and a bias toward action
• Familiarity with core products (life, disability, investments) and planning tools

• Life & Health License (required)
• FINRA SIE, 7, and 66 or willingness to obtain
• College degree or equivalent experience
