Moore Organized is seeking a strategic, numbers‑driven Finance Manager who will own the financial health of our business—blending forecasting and planning with day‑to‑day invoicing and systems management. This role is ideal for someone who loves translating data into clear recommendations and enjoys executing the details with accuracy.
What You’ll Own- Forecasting revenue, staffing needs, and growth plans through simple, clear financial models.
- Planning cash flow, budgeting, and ongoing financial visibility so leadership can make confident decisions.
- Reporting monthly and quarterly performance insights (what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next).
- Invoicing daily client billing and payment tracking, aligned to approved proposals and client expectations.
- Tracking inventory, costs, and margins in Shopify in close partnership with Procurement and Operations.
- Reconciling product spend, conducting audits, and keeping financial data clean, current, and reliable.
- Monitoring key metrics like revenue, profitability by service line, labor utilization, and job costing—then helping improve workflows for billing, collections, and financial operations.

: 3+ years in small‑business finance, accounting, FP&A, or similar roles. - Skill

Strong Excel/Google Sheets capability (models, reporting, analysis). - Systems

Comfortable with invoicing platforms;
Shopify (or similar e‑commerce tools) strongly preferred. - Style

Detail‑oriented, discreet, solutions‑minded, and calm under pressure. - Fit
