Associate Financial Analyst
We are seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to collaborate with partners across LINQ to ensure efficient, data-driven decisions. You will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes that drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence, with a strong focus on expense management.
What You’ll Be Doing- Supporting the FP&A team in preparing monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and variance analyses for overall expenses.
- Assisting with financial modeling to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Preparing and maintaining management reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency through automation and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role (internship experience welcome).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial modeling and reporting tools.
- Experience with Power BI or Power query is preferred but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Curious, coachable, and eager to learn, with a strong drive to improve processes and create efficiency.
