The Role: VP of Finance
Our client is seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands‑on finance leader to own FP&A, modeling, and investor relations.
This is a rare opportunity to build a finance function from scratch
, directly influencing growth strategy and scaling a purpose-driven brand.
- Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling
- Build scalable financial infrastructure to support rapid growth
- Partner with leadership and investors to communicate company performance
- Drive fundraising efforts and board reporting
- Oversee cash flow, capital allocation, and margin improvement
- Provide financial insight on pricing, COGS, and profitability within CPG
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for smarter decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA a plus)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, modeling, and investor relations
- Strong background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
- Proven ability to partner with leadership and investors in high‑growth environments
- Strategic mindset paired with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude
