Pay or shift range: $19 USD to $21 USD – The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.

As a dispatcher with Goettl, you’ll be a vital part of our service team, ensuring that every HVAC and plumbing service request is handled smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for deploying technicians to job sites, managing schedules, confirming customer satisfaction, and handling rescheduling when needed. Your work will help maintain our promise of timely, quality service and will directly impact our commitment to happy customers.

• Dispatching:
  Efficiently deploy HVAC and plumbing technicians utilizing SERVICETITAN, managing all scheduling and rescheduling as needed.
• Customer Communication:
  Keep our customers updated on technician ETA, follow up on completed jobs, and conduct satisfaction calls.
• Scheduling & Organization:
  Verify all calls are correctly booked, ensure service agreements are followed, and assist with managing technician documentation and compliance.

• A minimum of 1 year of dispatching experience – STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Comfortable with outbound follow‑up calls – this is a must
• A minimum of 1 year of call center experience OR work directly in a multi‑phone environment
• A minimum of 1 year customer service experience
• Must be available Tuesday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm
• Available to work on site in Austin
• Complete a pre‑employment drug screening and comprehensive background check
• US work authorization
