Liaison Package Handler

Overview

Luxer One is looking for a professional, organized and customer-focused individual to provide package management services to luxury apartment buildings in the Austin area. This part-time service representative will help organize and maintain package reception rooms/locker systems at apartment complexes located in the Austin area. The service representative will visit assigned properties multiple times a week and perform various duties.

Availability: 10-6 PM, Monday–Friday.

• Provide in-person support to residents with package questions or issues
• Log recently delivered packages into the property’s automated package management system
• Deliver packages to resident doors
• Organize packages within our rooms to help residents locate theirs more easily
• Identify aging or stale packages and prepare them for return to sender
• Serve as a primary liaison between the property and the package management provider support team
• Deliver certain packages directly to residents’ doors
• Perform lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system

This is a part-time role (20-30 hours) and is part of a new, expanding service program with opportunities for growth as the program expands.

• Professional and interpersonal: able to build rapport with property managers, residents and couriers in upscale apartment buildings
• Access to reliable transportation; ideally living in or near Austin, TX
• Tech savvy: comfortable using digital package management software and Gmail
• Good organizational and independent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in environments with varying temperatures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to move and arrange packages, some of which may be bulky (up to 60 lbs)
• At least 18 years old
