BMW of Austin is looking for a knowledgeable and friendly Loaner Rental Agent to join our dealership team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

  Ensure customers have a world‑class service experience, greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, and assist in maintaining inventory to satisfy customer requests.
• Service:
  Ensure loaner vehicles are checked out and returned according to company policies and document any required maintenance for returned vehicles.
• Collaboration:
  
  Establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments.
• Technical expertise:
  File documentation with insurance or state/federal agency, and ensure that customers are charged appropriately for any damage, moving violations, tickets and tolls.
