We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, responsible for providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they walk through our doors or reach out to us via phone.

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Check-in visitors and handle registration processes efficiently.
• Answer inquiries and provide information about the organization’s services.
• Manage appointment scheduling and ensure effective time management for staff and clients.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a front desk representative or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with an ability to handle queries effectively.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with office software and standard office equipment.
