Responsibilities- Set up and break down event space
- Monitor event activities and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with event logistics and coordination
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist the Marketing and Sales team on the events
- Previous experience in event planning or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
