** Position Summary
** As Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and scaling strategic partnerships that unlock new user acquisition and revenue channels. At Sci Play, you’ll translate market trends into actionable growth opportunities across the company’s game portfolio. Your experience will allow you to recognize and execute partnerships that create meaningful business impact and drive measurable KPIs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Sci Play, explore diverse categories for brand and channel collaborations, and own the full lifecycle of partnership strategy and execution.

* Main Responsibilities:

*** Identify, evaluate, and activate new user acquisition and revenue channels through strategic partnerships
* Manage the entire deal-making cycle – from concept and outreach to negotiation and closure
* Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements
* Conduct business model simulations to evaluate the potential impact and viability of new ideas compared to existing baselines
* Build and deliver data-backed business cases and partnership proposals
* Research, maintain, and share relevant market and competitive intelligence
* Follow up on contracts, performance metrics, and prepare for renewals
* Own, develop, and deepen relationships with partners to support evolving business needs
* Drive operational excellence by launching and scaling deals within tight timelines
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to ensure successful deployment
* Oversee alignment and communication between all stakeholders involved in the partnership process
** Requirements:**
* ** 3+ years of business development or brand partnership experience**
* ** Extensive network of decision-makers and contacts across entertainment, tech, media, and consumer brands
*** Strong background in marketing, consulting, brand management, or advertising
* Proven track record in
** building and scaling partnership ecosystems from zero to measurable impact
*** Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence and inspire both internal and external stakeholders
* ** Deep curiosity across culture verticals** – sports, entertainment, lifestyle, gaming, and more
* Creative, resourceful, and self-driven with a bias toward action
* Proven relationship builder with strong business intuition and negotiation skills
* Gaming industry experience – an advantage
* Willingness to travel domestically
