We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Permanent Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry.

The successful candidate will work on high-profile projects in commercial, aviation, and corporate sectors. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5+ years of industry experience, a strong foundation in engineering principles, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

• Manage and execute engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met within the agreed timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders including architects, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review and interpret project blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to provide effective solutions and improvements.
• Conduct on-site inspections and audits to ensure all construction works are in compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation including progress reports, cost tracking reports, and project schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues and challenges promptly and effectively.
• Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continually improve project efficiency and outcome.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in commercial, healthcare, education or aviation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
