High Voltage Substation and Transmission
A leading multidisciplinary engineering firm is seeking an Engineering Director to lead and grow its North American High Voltage Substation and Transmission team. This role is responsible for technical leadership, team development, project execution, and business growth across renewable and utility power delivery projects.
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing engineering firm focused on renewable and utility power delivery.
What You Will Do- Build, lead, and mentor a high voltage engineering team
- Oversee substation and transmission design execution
- Own team P and L including revenue, budget, and profitability
- Support proposals, client development, and strategic growth
- Ensure quality, schedule, and technical excellence across projects
- Collaborate with executive leadership on long term strategy
- 10 plus years of HV substation and or transmission engineering experience
- 5 plus years leading engineering teams
- Strong renewable or utility market background
- PE license or ability to obtain
- Experience with IEEE, ANSI, NEC, NESC standards
- Proven ability to drive project execution and business growth
- Executive level leadership opportunity
