- Lead multidisciplinary teams in planning, modeling, and designing stormwater and watershed management projects
- Manage project scope, budget, schedule, QA/QC, and client communication
- Oversee hydrologic and hydraulic modeling (1D and 2D), design documents, cost estimates, and permitting
- Support proposals and business development through technical input and marketing collaboration
- Coordinate with CAD designers and engineering staff on deliverables
- Engage in client meetings, technical presentations, and project reporting
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers
- Conduct occasional travel to project sites, primarily within Central Texas
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred but not required)
- 12+ years of water resources/drainage design OR 10+ with M.S.
- Licensed PE in Texas for 3+ years
- Proven leadership as a technical lead or project manager
- Experience with storm drain systems, water quality treatment, and stream restoration
- Skilled in H&H modeling tools, Micro Station, GEOPAK Drainage, and/or Open Roads
- Familiarity with FEMA mapping processes and mitigation strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
